As 2025 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to thank our community for another year of care, trust, and connection. Every day, we’re reminded that healthcare is about more than appointments or lab results, it’s about people caring for one another, neighbours showing up, and a community working together to stay well. This year, our team at the Consort Medical Clinic continued to grow and evolve to meet the needs of our patients. We expanded our women’s health services, strengthened our chronic disease and mental-health supports, and welcomed new faces to our team. Through every change, our goal has remained the same: to provide accessible, compassionate, high-quality care close to home. We know this season can look different for everyone. For some, it’s a time of celebration and rest. For others, it carries reminders of loss, loneliness, or simply the exhaustion that comes from another busy year. However you’re spending the holidays, we hope you’ll take time to slow down, breathe, and care for yourself — body, mind, and spirit.
